My Lenovo Rewards Program is Lenovo's loyalty program for Lenovo.com, Lenovo Pro, Affinity, and Lenovo Outlet customers. As a My Lenovo Rewards member, you will earn reward points up to 9% of paid purchases as well as access to special promotions & product announcements. Rewards are redeemable toward future purchases, making it one of the best rewards programs available in terms of value.
Be sure to check your junk mail. If you are still unable to locate your welcome email after 24 hours, please call our customer service team and provide the name and email registered for My Lenovo Rewards.
If you signed up for a Lenovo account, but did not click the check box to agree to become a rewards member, you will not receive the benefits of My Lenovo Rewards. My Lenovo Rewards is Lenovo's reward program for customers, offering exclusive perks and benefits. But do not worry, if you did not agree to join My Lenovo Rewards during your initial account creation, you can sign up at any time on the site for free by selecting “Join My Lenovo Rewards” on your account page.
Rewards can be viewed when you sign into your Lenovo account, under “My Rewards”. You will also get monthly emails that share your current rewards status.

My Lenovo Rewards offers bonus point multiplier events such as 2x and 3x. This allows members to earn bonus points on purchases. 2x is calculated as 6%, and 3x is calculated as 9% rewards back. You will receive these points 30 days after the purchase has been shipped and invoiced.
My Lenovo Rewards offers free expedited delivery on most products to members. Products can take different amounts of time for delivery based on location.

Rewards are calculated on your subtotal before taxes, delivery and payment. Total order reward value can be viewed in cart.
Pending rewards, which will be a part of your rewards membership, are rewards issued but not yet redeemable. Rewards are available for redemption 30-days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. Rewards for Lenovo Pro members are available for redemption 45-days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. Rewards for Outlet orders are available for redemption 15 days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. Pending rewards can be viewed in your My Lenovo Rewards account dashboard.
Rewards are calculated pretax.
Pending rewards will show in your account dashboard within 24 hours of purchase. You will not be able to use these rewards until 30 days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. The earned “My Lenovo Rewards” appear in your account once the pending period is over.
Rewards are not retroactive and cannot be applied to orders prior to enrollment.
My Lenovo Rewards offers a variety of different activities for members to participate in and earn points. These membership rewards activities are located in your rewards dashboard such as surveys, sweepstakes, product reviews, and more! Yes, there is an annual limit of earning $2,000 through purchases in your My Lenovo Rewards account. Members can still shop, but after earning $2,000 in Rewards in the same calendar year, purchases will not be eligible for rewards. You can still earn more Rewards for non-purchase activities. Once the calendar year is complete, you can start earning through purchases again.
Yes, however, you will not be eligible to receive any bonus My Lenovo Rewards being offered in association with the applicable Lenovo product pricing.
Yes! If you added your birthday to your profile, you will earn 2X Rewards (that’s 6% rewards back on purchases) during your birthday and the next 30 days that follow.
You will earn 50,000 points ($50) for the referral rewards program, and your referred friend will also receive 50,000 points ($50). To qualify, please follow these steps:
1. Share your unique referral link with your friend (the link can be found in your My Lenovo Rewards dashboard in the left-hand corner under your name).
2. Your friend must sign up to become a My Lenovo Rewards member using the link that you provided
3. Your friend will need to make a qualifying purchase of $500 or more
4. Please allow up to 30 days after the qualifying purchase has been invoiced and shipped for you and your friend to receive rewards
You can earn rewards for referrals up to 10 times per calendar year. That is a value of $500 per year for referring friends.

To redeem your rewards, follow these steps:
1. Ensure you have logged in to your My Lenovo Rewards account
2. Select the product(s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart
3. Navigate to your cart and proceed to checkout
4. At the payment method section, you'll see the option to redeem your available rewards. You can also select "Remove" to save your rewards for a future purchase.
5. If you choose to redeem, the rewards will be automatically applied to your cart
6. Rewards applied to orders will also be displayed on the in-cart order summary

Redeemable awards can be easily applied in cart at the time of checkout. Use as many or as few to pay for all or partial payment. Select the rewards in the payment field and add additional payment methods.
Rewards cannot be redeemed on taxes or expedited delivery.
Yes, rewards expire 6 months after they reach earned status. Rewards will expire at the end of the 6th month. To access your earned points status, please visit your My Lenovo Rewards dashboard. Look out for My Lenovo Rewards email notifications that include information on the status of your points.
Rewards not redeemed at the time of purchase will remain in your account until the 6th month expiration date. Available and expiring rewards can be viewed in your dashboard.
Once your rewards have expired, we are not able to retroactively adjust your points balance.
After your returned or canceled order has been successfully processed, your rewards points that were redeemed from the order will be automatically applied back to your account to use. If you experience any issues receiving your rewards after your order has been returned or canceled, please contact 1-855-253-6686 option 3.
Please allow up to 72 hours for Lenovo to process your returned/canceled order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed. Any rewards you redeemed on that order will be returned to your account and can be used toward a future purchase.

(1000) | Leave a like or rating - (20/month) - 50 pt/each
(3000) | Leave a comment - (10/month) - 300 pt/each
(4000) | Start a new forum thread - (2/month) - 2000 pt/each
You can view your points total by hovering over your Community Profile -> Click Profile -> In the middle-left corner of the page, your lifetime total points and total points will always be there for your reference. You can also view your point balance in your My Lenovo Rewards dashboard by hovering over your profile, clicking on Profile -> View Rewards.
You can save up your points, but please keep in mind your points will expire within 6 months of the earn date.
Lenovo Community Points can be redeemed on Lenovo.com through your My Lenovo Rewards account. These points can be applied to purchases during checkout and are reflected in the order summary. Lenovo Community Points are earned by engaging in one or more of the Lenovo Communities, including Lenovo EDU Community, Lenovo Pro Community, and Lenovo Legion Community. All of these programs are free to join
Yes, you can earn up to 10,000 points (equivalent to $10) in My Lenovo Rewards points each month in the Lenovo Communities. Explore and engage in the community and on Lenovo.com to discover all the ways to earn points.
