To begin deletion, enter your account password below and click submit. After entering your password, you will be prompted to enter a verification code on this page. After entering the code, you will receive an email with a unique verification code. You will return to this page and enter the verification code from your email. Once the verification code from your email is entered, your account will be deleted after you Sign Out.
